Gas Certificates are a legal requirement for landlords and are used to certify that the gas sources within the property are all safe and eligible to use for one year.   We carry out a gas safety inspection on all gas appliances in the home, whether they are owned by the Landlord or not. This is not an appliance service, but a confirmation that, at that time, all appliances were deemed to be operating within the safety parameters set by the manufacturers and Regulators.
